Today I’m introducing a new series, Mindful Monday.
Every Monday I will share articles, books, resources, tips, tools and/or exercises to help you incorporate mindfulness into your daily life.
Today I’m sharing a round-up of mindfulness-based workbooks that you can use to help kick-start your understanding about the mindfulness practice. Remember, practice makes perfect…even when it comes to mindfulness. Once you read one of these books and learn the exercises, you have to take the time to practice them. I’m personally still working on learning mindfulness…I feel like it’s a life long exercise but I definitely am able to better practice it now then I was a year ago.
