It’s been a while since I talked about The Four Tendencies, but today I’m excited to profile Brianne Cail, a writer and the lovely girl behind the blog Sincerely Bri. Brianne also happens to be a ‘questioner’, based on the four tendency profiles.
A questioner is great at meeting inner expectations, but resists outer expectations. Questioners are fair minded; interested in creating efficient, effective systems; are willing to play devil’s advocate; are comfortable bucking the system if it’s warranted and are often inner-directed. Questioners put high value on reason, research and information and will therefore make decisions based on the information they collected. They love asking questions and hate anything arbitrary, and they’re also great at following their own judgement. Brianne is a fantastic writer and she is extremely empowering when it comes to the body empowerment movement…she’s all about self-love and I just love that!
So, without further ado, meet the blogger ‘of all things lovely’, and questioner, Brianne Cail:
What three words best describe you?
Daydreamer, scatterbrained, bookworm.

Brunch with friends, nothing too fancy, with a night’s in watching movies.

I think the events and experiences that they lead to – for example having a delish lunch created by a Top Chef winner on a PR trip for my blog was so amazing.
What is the least favourite thing about the work you do?
The lack of structure, especially with all the different jobs I’m juggling.
When you’re working on a team project, what type of role do you typically play?
The creative one – I’m good at coming up with different angles that others might not have thought of.
When you’re in a stressful situation, how do you deal with it?
Take a step away from the project to gather my thoughts and then dive in to figure out to handle it.
How do you de-stress?

When what I want lines up with what I have.
How do you stay organized?
Lists! So many lists! I have a bullet journal, a planner, and numerous notebooks for different projects.
